HSH Chemie is proud to announce the expansion of its long-standing partnership with Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd., a global leader in organic, inorganic, effect pigments, corrosion protection pigments, and pigment preparations for coatings, plastics, inks, and specialty applications.
As of July 1st, 2025, HSH Chemie is now the official distributor of Sudarshan pigments for industrial applications across multiple Central and Eastern European (CEE) markets.
This strategic development follows Sudarshan’s acquisition of the Heubach Group, finalized at the end of Q1 2025. The collaboration, which originally included the former Heubach and Clariant, has now evolved into a more comprehensive partnership through Sudarshan’s expanded pigment division. This growth also enhances both technical support and regional supply capabilities, reinforcing the long-standing relationship with HSH Chemie that began in 2011.
With this expansion, HSH Chemie now distributes Sudarshan’s full pigment portfolio, including organic and inorganic pigments, effect pigments, and pigment dispersions, across key Central and Eastern European markets. This strategic footprint allows local manufacturers to access customized pigment solutions designed for advanced coatings and plastic colorants.
Twelve of our affiliates are serving the following territories: Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldavia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia.
To celebrate this milestone, teams from both companies met at Sudarshan’s production site in Langelsheim, Germany in early July 2025. The kick-off meeting focused on commercial, technical, and strategic alignment to better serve customers with advanced coatings and plastic colorants and tailored pigment dispersions.
