On March 28, 2022, HSH Chemie Group, through our holding company HSH Chemie GmbH located in Hamburg, Germany, successfully acquired 100% of the shares in A. R. Peißig GmbH.
This acquisition became legally effective as of January 1, 2022. Entering 2024, we completed the integration process with the rebranding to HSH Chemie Austria. This step is not only a reflection of our growth but also expands our position as a significant player in the market and the No. 1 Chemical Distributor in CEE.
