Customer Service Manager (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting sales colleagues with daily customer relations on all issues needed
  • Preparing and issuing all the documents for our customers, such as (proforma) invoices, delivery notes, relate certificates and other documents required in the ERP systems of the company
  • Preparing international and national logistics and transport for merchandise for various departments, sales, and acquisitions; assess logistics areas for the customer and suppliers
  • Engaging with customers, suppliers, and employees of the company on various topics, such as payments, receipts traceability and analysis, order to cash registrations, offers, samples, market campaigns, transport, and others
  • Keeping the ERP Database updated and keeping tracts of stocks in the designated department, goods, and samples
  • Working, keeping record, and communicating issues regarding all documents and procedures of the company in the trade relationship supply, payments, and distribution to customers where appropriate

 

Your profile

  • Successfully completed degree in relevant field, preferable chemistry background
  • Min. 2 or 3 years of work experience in sales assistance, customer oriented and teamwork proficient
  • People oriented as well as competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships
  • Good organizational skills (time and task management)
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of distribution and commerce workflow and documentation
  • Hungarian or Ukrainian language skills will be appreciated
