Sales Department Manager Personal Homecare (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Leading a team of sales managers in the field of Personal Homecase
  • Managing supplier relations, extending the Personal Homcecare portfolio, and setting targets for new business development
  • Implementing strategies for profitable sales growth and Acquisition of new opportunities and clients  
  • Taking care of your client portfolio, striving to gradually expand cooperation and develop relationships with customers
  • Managing and developing the product portfolio with a detailed understanding of market requirements
  • Monitoring and reporting on business results and activities, including preparing overviews and market analyses  

Your profile

  • Experience in sales of Additives in the Personal and Home Care chemical industry  
  • Minimum high school education in the field of chemical industry; university education is an advantage but not a requirement 
  • Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic, possibly abroad
  • Fluent knowledge of Czech and English, both spoken and written
  • Driving license B
  • Representative behavior, independence, teamwork, business spirit, positive attitude towards work, responsibility and flexibility
