Your responsibilities

  • Asses, design, develop and implement improved HR structures and processes in line with company strategical plans
  • Oversee recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job advertisement, communicate with recruitment agencies as well as screening and interviewing candidates
  • Assess and evaluate training needs to apply and monitor training programs together with Management and Group HR
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and improve work relationship
  • Ensure legal guidance to managers and employees as well as compliance with local labor law
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts or onboarding procedures
  • Maintenance and update internal HR databases (e.g., vacation, sick leave, or maternity leave)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) and communicate with the payroll-provider
  • Prepare reports of HR related data for internal purposes and external authorities
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Communicate and cooperate with HR Group Management for special projects

Your profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • People oriented as well as competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  • Fluently in English (spoken and written)
