Finance Manager (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Complies with state, and local financial, accounting, and legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising local and group management on needed actions
  • Reviews, proposes, prepares, and maintains financial stability and security by financing and funding business and by following internal controls
  • Prepares net financial position (NFP) and cash forecast reports and safeguards a healthy cashflow position of the company
  • Prepares credit management policy, bad debt analysis and provisions in line with company and group policies
  • Maintains accounting and financial planning and analysis controls by recommending and preparing policies and procedures to the management of the local company and to the group
  • Oversees the full cycle of financial planning and analysis in the company, proposes, prepares, and maintains key performance indicators (KPI) timely
  • Oversees the full A/R cycle by practicing credit and risk management and collection of information
  • Provides financial information to the management and the group by researching accounting and controlling data and preparing reports
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounting, financial planning and analysis, and sales information timely
  • In close contact with banks and insurance companies esp. credit insurer
  • Reviews, analyses and composes timely (monthly, quarterly, and annual) financial and tax statements and reports
  • Prepares yearly financial budget and quarterly forecasts, and in charge of actual vs. budget and actual vs. forecast variance analysis
  • Supports internal audits
  • Prepares CAPEX and OPEX budget

Your profile

  • University degree in tax, accounting, or finance
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance and 
  • Certified accountant or auditor qualification
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles
  • Experience with financial reporting requirements
  • Experience in corporate finance preferably at multinational organizations or international company
  • Experience with treasury handling desirable
  • Advance English, both written and verbal
